“TransWarrants was born in the 1980s, the result of the union of two friends, with a clear purpose: to develop the warrants business as a financial instrument for the control and administration of guarantees on various types of products. In 1992, the company began a process of strategic diversification by incorporating the logistics business, giving rise to TW Logística, with the objective of responding to the growing supply and distribution needs at the national level. In 1996, its first Distribution Center was inaugurated in Recoleta, with 2,000 m² of operation, marking the beginning of a trajectory of sustained growth. By the year 2000, TW Logística expanded its operations with the opening of the La Martina logistics complex, reaching 30,000 m² of specialized warehouses for multiple categories, including hazardous, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical products. From 2005 onwards, the company accelerated its development with the opening of new distribution centers, the incorporation of world-class WMS systems, the implementation of value-added services and e-commerce solutions, consolidating itself as a key player in the national logistics ecosystem. On December 1, 2022, TW Logística acquired all of GOLDENFROST, strengthening its value proposition and expanding its operational coverage. In 2025, the company will incorporate MEGALOGÍSTICA, a leading 3PL operator in the market, consolidating its position as the main multi-category logistics operator in the country. Today, with over 30 years of experience, more than 500 employees and a network exceeding 200,000 m² of logistics infrastructure, including owned, leased, and in-house facilities, TW Logística is positioned as the leading multi-category logistics operator nationwide.”
